Exit to the balcony. 1 room 13 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony 10 m2, north-west facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Schlüsselübergabe zwischen 16 und 18 Uhr am Anreisetag nach ggf. 6 Std. Autofahrt geht gar nicht, zumal man mir an Tag vorher telef. spätestens 16 Uhr zugesagt hatte. Die Wohnung und die Lage als solches ist gut, Teppichböden sind jedoch nicht mehr zeitgemäß und renovierunsbedürftigt.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, es ist alles gut zu erreichen. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants ganz in der Nähe, Lebensmittelladen,Tankstelle. Zum Strand und zum Hafen nur wenige Gehminuten.

Teppichboden sah nicht so gut aus. Viele flecken auf dem Boden. Im Badezimmer war scheinbar der Fugenfüller ausgegangen. Habe Fotos davon gemacht. Ich kann sie Ihnen zusenden. Sonnst waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.Haben uns gut Erholt in Norddeich. Mfg R.B.

Haus-und Wohnungstür

Beide Türen müssen immer mit dem Schlüssel verschlossen werden. Statt eines Knaufes ,ist eine Klinke an der Haustür! In der heutigen Zeit undenkbar da im Brandfalle erst nach dem Schlüssel gekramt werden muss. Der Fluchtweg ist somit nicht reibungslos gewährleistet.

zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und freundlich, die kleine Dachterrasse war für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Die Wohnfläche ist großzügig bemessen. Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten waren auch das Mobiliar und die Küchenausrüstung in Ordnung. Super ist der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und die Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch zum Deich waren es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten. Alles in Allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
