In II. Floor with south facing balcony next to apartment number 5. Living room with kitchenette (incl. Two-plate stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water heater, etc.), sitting area, satellite TV, two bedrooms, shower / WC. No carpets. Covered parking space according to availability. Panoramic view of the apartment on our private website.

Located in the sunny, south-facing upper part of the valley, at the entrance of Gaistal. Trail entrance at 100 meters distance. Supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Five apartments - all with balcony - no carpets. Flat screen TV with digital TV and radio reception. Carport, use upon availability. Free admission to the Alpenbad from May to October (5 hours per person per day) In winter, the ski pass and the regional bus ticket are included in the price of the apartment. Wi-Fi for free Charge: Infrared cabin Predicated by the association of private landlords.

Eine großartige Unterkunft! Modern, funktional und sehr gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts... Das Gastgeber Paar Familie Neurauter pflegt mit viel Liebe das gesamte Anwesen. Die TOP Sauberkeit (innen und außen) hat uns sehr beeindruckt und uns einen unvergesslichen Wohlfühl-Urlaub beschert... :-))

Alles Bestens

Alles war super sauber und Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Spülmaschinentabs, Küchenrolle und Toilettenpapier waren vorhanden, sodass man es nicht mitbringen braucht, fand ich super, hätte ich nämlich erstmal gar nicht mitgehabt. Die Eheleute Neureuter sind dazu mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Haus SCHÖN-berg :-)

Sehr sauber, toller Bergblick vom Balkon, super Standort zum direkt loswandern, super Gratis-Busverbindungen quasi direkt vorm Haus, hatten tolle 2 Wochen.
