The views are special and the property is unique in that it is beachfront meaning you walk off the property directly onto the beach and only a couple of steps (literally) to the sand on the beach.

Rain Tree Villas is the perfect place for your families next vacation. The unit is very comfortable and nicely appointed in a beachy motif and has just been totally renovated!. You will find this unit convenient to all of North Myrtle Beach's attractions.

(This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required!

Cherry Grove Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent a month in this lovely condo overlooking the beach. The condo was bright and modern, with a well equipped kitchen. It was very quiet with little noise from adjoining units.The area was in the quieter part of North Myrtle Beach, away from most of the traffic. The beach was just a few steps away. The balcony was a great place to have your morning coffee, or a glass of wine in the afternoon and watch the waves come in.The property management company was very responsive and a joy to deal with.

So comfortable

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would highly recommend staying here. The area was nice, safe and clean. We loved the view of the beach and easy access to the beach from our room. The property managers were very pleasant to work with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This boutique 2 bed 2 bath was the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving vacation. There was plenty of room to cook, eat and sleep. The view from the second floor was amazing. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, golf yet just far enough away that there was not much traffic and people noise. We are planning to stay here again.
