Renovated in February 2022. This family-owned Cherry Grove / North Myrtle Beach condo has it all, an oceanfront balcony, steps to the sand. Close to the Cherry Grove Pier and the marsh nature trail on 53rd. Whether you enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony, feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves, you will be planning your next Beach vacation before this one is over.

The Sedgefield is a small 5-story building and is perfect for couples and families to relax and play or just lounge by the oceanfront pool.

This 1st floor (one floor above ground level) 3 bedroom / 3 bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances (induction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave), granite countertop, washer/dryer, WiFi, new 58” 4K smart/Roku tv in the living room and 43” 4K smart/Roku tv in each bedroom. Linens, towels, are provided for your convenience. Covered parking is available.

Important note: building strictly forbids pets* and house parties. Motorcycles and golf cars are not permitted on property.
There are two parking spaces available.
Failure to adhere to the building rules will result in eviction without refund.

*Important note. The “no pets” policy is a building rule for renters. Owners can have pets and some do. I cannot guarantee an allergy free apartment. We do our best to thoroughly clean the unit after each rental but if you have a severe allergy and health concerns, this is probably not the right rental for you.

Amazing!

This was perfect! Could not have been happier with our stay. The place was beautiful, comes with everything you could need which makes packing way easier. Beach was not super crowded and is perfect for a family. We plan on making this a yearly trip and would 100% stay here again!

The best condo ever!

This condo has been my favorite so far. The kitchen was stocked with plenty dishes, utensils and everything you need. There is plenty room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There were even beach chairs to use. Leslie was very friendly and accommodating. We were even able to get an early check in. Thank you, Leslie for a great place to stay and enjoy the beach!

Beautiful rental!

The property was beautiful and as described. Plenty of chairs for the beach to use for our family of 5. There were even games and such to do on rainy days. The only negatives I would say is the path leading to the beach. It is a pretty hefty climb if you are older or have any disability. My husband and myself are almost 50 and did fine, but I would imagine it would be difficult for older guests. There were plenty of towels (you do need to bring your own beach towels). The toilets had some issues with two of them with the chain getting stuck with every flush, causing them to run nonstop. We just tried to fix it with every flush. Anyways, highly recommend this condo! Nice quiet rental with great neighbors! The owner was quick to respond with any questions and went out of her way to accommodate any needs or questions. Beautiful and clean condo for a family.

Clean and Spacious

The unit was just as pictured. Great instructions and info from the host with regard to wifi and entry to the unit. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It was spacious and as a family of 6 we appreciated the space to spread out and have multiple bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. There were nice beach chairs and toys and quick access to the beach. The pool is just downstairs and my kids enjoyed using it. The one flight of stairs up is easy and we only used the elevator to move luggage in/out, there was even bell hop trolleys available for this purpose. There were a lot of air fresheners in the unit and the strong fragrance was overwhelming. If you are fragrance sensitive, this would not be the rental for you. The two larger bedrooms are at the front, facing the road, and were quite noisy early in the morning. I am a light sleeper and was woken up before 7 every morning to the sound of dumpsters crashing around, construction noise and reverse beeping. I get up at 7 anyway so it didn't really bother me, but one morning it was barely six and was so loud it woke up one of my kids too. The front bedrooms can also get quite warm. While the air conditioning keeps the rest of the unit very comfortable, it was struggling to keep up with the August sun hitting the front bedrooms. We kept the curtains closed to try and help but the Master bedroom was very warm most nights. Overall, the unit was what we were expecting and was clean and comfortable.

Great location with a beautifully updated unit

This property is almost to "the end" of north Myrtle Beach. As such, the beach is not crowded and the access can't be beat. The apartment is really nice - new appliances and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The unit was clean and nicely updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with any and all needed pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and serving wear. Literally the best kitchen in any rental I’ve been in!!! The beds were extremely comfy and the beach chairs, toys, and umbrella was an unexpected bonus!

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful week. This unit had everything we needed for our family of 8. Our 2 and 5 year olds loved the toys and games there. We all enjoyed the beach chairs and toys. The proximity to the beach was fabulous. This end of the beach wasn’t too crowded and allowed for great family walks at low tide. And my big kids had lots of fun in the waves. The whole family loved the pool. Everything was clean and being on the first floor was convenient. No complaints!

Nice getaway

Cute, comfortable, and relaxing stay for my family of five and our five day stay. Plenty of space for us to spread out. We spent most of of our time enjoying the beach and relaxing in the pool. My husband enjoyed fishing near the pier and also went down a little further to the Cherry Grove pier where he could fish from up top. Condo is nicely furnished with all of the amenities that you’ll need. Host Leslie was prompt and helpful with getting us checked in as cell service was not the best when we first arrived. Other than that, wonderful stay. This section of the beach was more quieter than the condo we stayed at last year, which was a bit closer to Boulineau’s Mega Store. Book it, you’ll enjoy. We hope to return next year!

Great Place! Not ideal for elderly

Was overall impressed with this condo. It was very well stocked, they had ALOT of beach chairs, a wagon and beach toys. They had plenty of nice towels and washcloths. Sheets were very nice and beds comfortable. The only downside is its not great for older people with hip or knee problems. The toilets are very low and there is no beach accessibility. The only access to beach is a sandy pathway that leads to a sand dune cliff. No way an elderly person could get down it or back up. Luckly the condo next door had a very easy board walkway with no steps to get to beach. It does have an elevator.

One of our best VRBO stays ever!!!

First of all from the moment we expressed interest in this property the owners could not have been more pleasant, informational and communicative. They answered every question we had and made it a very easy to go through the rental process. The property was perfect in every way. Clean and neat with great size and everything one could use for a beach vacation. We were on the beach every day in just a few steps. The closeness to the beach made for easy access for a quick lunch or rest. We met the property manager and he was kind and friendly. The area where this rental is is so quiet and restful. Just what we’d hoped for! Don’t think twice if you’re looking for a restful beach vacation. If you want more activities it’s not far to restaurants and nightlife. We’re hoping to return again soon!

Perfect for the whole family!

Pleasantly surprised to find this condo exactly as described and as pictured! Very clean and kept as well as fully stocked with anything you may need. We traveled with kiddos 12, 7, and 3. They had plenty of room and everyone was very pleased. The location was FANTASTIC for our family! We were looking for a quieter area, yet close enough to all of our adventures and thats exactly what we got without sacrificing the beach and views. Communication with Leslie was a breeze and we would definitely book this condo again. Worth noting(in my opinion) a short walk to the end of the dead end road there is a trail leading out to Cherry grove point and it is a stunning walk through the dunes and perfect for watching a beautiful sunset!
