THIS CONDO IS THOROUGHLY CLEANED WITH ANTI-BACTERIAL CLEANING PRODUCTS THAT KILL 99.9% OF GERMS

Bonita Point is a small development one block off the beach. This townhome has 1400 square feet. Upstairs boasts a master bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath with a jetted tub and a separate shower The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a bunk room across the hall as well as another full bathroom. Downstairs there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living space, half bath and a fully stocked kitchen. The 2-car private garage space is perfect for your automobile, motorcycles, beach toys, boat, etc. There are 2 more parking spaces in front of the townhome and several spaces around the complex. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach or you can drive over to the beach access. Come and enjoy this great hidden gem!

2023 February Snowbird Stay

David was very prompt with any concerns. Very clean. the condo is in a small gated community. Weather was great for our stay. It is truly, a five minutes walk to the beach (public access #21). Condo is in the minimalist style. Would be crowded on the one couch with six people.

Wonderful spot

The property was nice. The outdoor pool looked great but wasn't heated and was cold during our stay. The back patio is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and bbq outside. Was a great stay just hope next time the weather is warmer. Would stay here again.

Awesome Condo

This home was perfect for our needs!!! The neighborhood is very quiet & the pool area is just adorable. When we arrived the garage doors did not work, which the owner let me know he was aware of after I called him. We picked a house with a garage because we were renting a golf cart & wanted to keep it safe :however, the fact that it didn’t work was not a big deal breaker for us because were physically able to open & close it on our own ,but I mentioned this because if you are not physically able and you need a garage this may be important to know! Also, someone had taken the remote to the tv in the smaller room which is out of the owners control & I’m sure it will be replaced. If you would like to rent a golf cart I would highly recommend Rally by the beach golf cart rentals on Thomas Drive!! Also, there is a small parking lot right across the street behind Newby’s Brew that is right near the beach access. Understanding their a few little things that I’m sure are being worked on I would definitely recommend this condo!

Amazing stay!

The property was great! Awesome location, short and easy walk to the beach. Close to good restaurants and bars. The convo is very nice and the rooms were very comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and clean. Amazing place to stay overall!
