Completely remodeled 6th floor Condo with our guests in mind.

As soon as enter Mahana 607, you will be mesmerized by the view.

This unit offers:
* Floor to ceiling windows with Oceanfront views. You can't get any closer without being on top of the water.
* The views will offer spectacular sunset views, whale watching during whale season, turtles sightings that call the reef in front of the Mahana home
* You will see the boats at night that are all lit up

Great Views

We very much enjoyed the condo and location! The views are simply incredible and we loved being able to walk the boardwalk and walk to Dukes for meals! We had the unfortunate occurrence of a tsunami warning during our stay. Going forward, I would recommend the owners and/or property to supply information to guests regarding tsunami resources and evacuation plans.

It was great. It was right on the beach. We saw whales and turtles from our balcony, the only thing with all the glass and mirrors there should be glass cleaner provided. The floors were a little sticky. Oh the under counter light by the kitchen sink do not work. It was a very relaxing vacation. We look forward to returning sometime soon.

This condo did not disappoint!! View is better than the pictures show. Watched wahles and honu from our lanai ! Kitchen is fully stocked , bed is comfy and didn’t even need the air conditioner as the trade winds kept the place cool . Nothing better than hearing the waves crash at night. Whales and Rainbows- A Total Paradise!

This property has everything you need for a great Hawaii experience! It is right on the water and we could see whales jumping out of the ocean from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is well stocked to enjoy some meals "at home." Julie was very responsive and helped guide us through the Covid hoops to get to the state. Great place! There was some construction going on so if you plan to stay in the room at all during the day, that could be unpleasant. We weren't really in the room so it was not a big deal for us.

Thank you for your wonderful review. We had mentioned that there could be a chance there would be some residual work taking place and we disclose the latest information to all our guests before booking. At the present time (end of March 2021) - the work as moved to the south end of the building and there have been no reported issues with noise (our Mahana 607 condo is located on the north end of the building). We checked with our current guests staying for two weeks and as of March 28 2021 and they didn't report any disruptions. We look forward to answering any questions that our guests may have and look forward to welcome visitors to the island! Julie

Very nice property

This unit literally gives you the opportunity to watch the whales out your window. We saw them numerous times while sitting on the lanai. We played in the ocean right outside the unit and found plenty of sand and it was not crowded at all. Julie was easy to work with and the only minor issue we had with a parking permit was fixed within 2 minutes of calling. I would definitely stay at this property again next time I’m on Maui. Thanks again!

Beautiful view

Fantastic location on the ocean. I did not realize how loud the ocean is. Tried sleeping with the doors open and no air-conditioning. I’m not a AC person but not happening. Also, although it was not a problem, there’s no swimming of sorts until you walk down the beach about a quarter of a mile. Lots of coral reefs and lava rocks. Small unit, but almost enough for two people who like each otherBeware of food and drink prices. I have been to Maui at least 10 times or more in my life. Probably will not return..

Thanks for the review! Yes, the ocean does like to show off—like a white noise machine that had one too many espressos. Sorry the waves didn’t come with a volume knob! 😅 As for swimming, you’re absolutely right—Mother Nature gave us a front-row seat to beauty, but she made us walk a bit for the splash zone. We’ll have a word with her. And hey, we totally get the Maui sticker shock… we're still recovering from that $18 smoothie ourselves. Thanks for staying with us, and if you ever decide to give Maui trip #11 a shot, we’d love to host you again (earplugs included). 🌊🌴

Great Views, but Not Very Clean

We stayed at this property for 7 days to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The condo has some fantastic oceanfront views. However, it desperately needed a deep cleaning. While the kitchen/bath appears to be recently renovated, the rest of the condo feels quite old and parts seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in months. We enjoyed the location (a little over a mile walk back to Kaanapali), but we missed having a beach to be able to go in from the property, and there was coral preventing us from entering the water. Overall, a good stay, but we just can't give it a 5 star rating.

Aloha! Thank you for mentioning the amazing views. We are on island every six months to ensure everything is in tip top shape. The flooring was installed 3 years ago and the sofa was also purchased 3 years ago and has the Hawaiian theme that so many of our guests love. The tile on the lanai was installed in January 2021. The interior doors were painted in April 2022. If our future guests have any issues, please contact us and our cleaning staff will make it right. Please read our other recent reviews for our guests' experiences. There is a sandy beach that starts about 100 yards to the left. The beach in front of the property comes and goes and yes, there is coral right in front but the start of the sandy beach is just 100 yards where our family has enjoyed getting in the water year after year and snorkel. Our location is walking distance to Duke's restaurant and right across the street from a grocery store and other restaurants. We look forward to welcoming our future guests with a warm aloha spirit. Beautiful unit with outstanding view and great amenities.

Everything worked except the ceiling fan lights in the bedroom. They would automatically turn on every hour and wake us up! We finally had to unscrew the light bulbs. Suggestions: welcome placard (plastic thing) could be larger. We didn’t see it until day 3. Thanks for the clothes washing detergent. Maybe could use a few more dish washer packets - can’t buy just a few in the store. Directions for the blue tooth. Could also use fresher bed pillows. Overall though a terrific stay. We hope we can stay here again in the future. Thank you!!!!

I'm sure we could have walked you over the phone on how to connect your devices to our speaker. Honeymoon Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo in Maui. The location is great. It is within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, and beautiful beaches. The views from the condo are amazing. Sitting out on the porch to watch the sunset was a favorite time for us. Having the boardwalk to walk to restaurants and the beaches made the walk easy, especially during high tide when you couldn’t walk on some beaches. We enjoyed snorkeling and lying out on the clean beaches only a few steps from the condo. The check in process is simple and easy. The condominium complex is nice with the beach front pool and hot tub. We wish the beach equipment would have been a bit nicer. Compared to other rentals that we have experienced in HI, beach gear was lacking in quality. Beach chairs were rusted, and flimsy umbrellas were worthless with any small breeze. Also, it could have been a little cleaner. It wasn’t terrible, but we had to vacuum, wash bedsheets, and wipe down eating surfaces on our first day (with little cleaning product or detergent available). Appliances and furniture are outdated.

We visit Maui 2 to 4 times a year and check on our property to ensure everything is great shape. We replaced the beach gear with new Tommy Bahama chairs that are super comfy and light weight. The sofa is less than 6 months old and we have many repeat guests who welcome all the upgrades we make on a regular basis. Appliances are also fairly new (brand new washer dryer, microwave, stove). This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. The view to the ocean could not get better! The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer saved us because we could was our towels and bathing suits at the end of each day. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Maui.

Amazing Oceanfront View

This condo has an amazing oceanfront view. We were able to see whales, dolphins and sea turtles. Truly the highlight of our stay. It was very soothing hearing the ocean at night. The property resort was clean and grounds are well maintained. Staff were very helpful.

What an amazing view! Perfect location to stay at Mahana. Easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and lots of food trucks outside in a walkable distance. Honeymoon

We had an excellent time staying here for our honeymoon. The unit had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We enjoyed going to the beach every day, walking the boardwalk every morning, and watching sea turtles from the lanai. We hope to be back soon!

We are your hosts of Mahana 607. My parents bought 607 after we purchased Mahana 507. They were so amazed with the oceanfront location and the views - that they immediately made a purchase of their own. We all live in Northern California and my first visit to Maui was in 1999 for our honeymoon. We vacation on Maui once or twice a year. We loved it so much that we decided to buy a condo. Soon after we made our purchase, my parents decided to make a purchase of their own. We love our properties on Maui and enjoy having Maui as part of our daily lives.
