Be quiet and respectful neighbors at all times. No noise 10pm to 7am. Drinking Parties are not allowed!!.
Please remove shoes inside the home. Pick up after yourselves. Additional charges for extra cleaning, and damages. Do not jump on beds and move furn
When you leave, please: 1. Remove the bedding from the beds you used. 2. Put all trash in the trash cans. 3. Run all dirty dishes in the dishwasher

The host communicated with me very well and kept me informed. The house was very clean and homey. I would recommend this home to anyone with a big group. There was plenty of places for everyone to sleep.

There was a broken chair sat outside, multiple people fell onto the floor trying to use it and hurt themselves. Also the garage door is broken and we had to hold the sensor in place every time we closed the door. Other than that our stay was very nice and the accommodations were great. Please just remove the broken chair so nobody else hurts themselves.

This guest left a mess in the house everywhere. Trash just thrown on the floor, marijuana found. Brought in additional guests and didnt check check out at check out time. He said a chair was broken? There was no broken chair. He never mentioned it. He didnt recieve a good review from us because of these reasons, so thats why he gave us a 3 of 5 review.

Quick getaway for fun

It was a fun get away to Frontier City! Had great meals at Cheesecake Factory and The Garage, as we will some fun shopping at the outlet mall.

Discovered bed bugs that were adult in size so this has been a long term problem. Driveway is behind the house so that was hard to locate at night and not well lite

We have never had a guest say this about our home since we opened it up for short term rental 4 years ago. This guest said we had bed bugs, but we completely remediated the room thoroughly and never found one bug. If we did , we would completely shut down this house, but none were found at all! Not one! So we don't know why she is saying this unless she just wanted to get a free night for all 10 of her guests which sometimes happens. We have maintained a 4.6 rating as a Premier Host for 4 years, never had an accusation like this before, just check out our ratings. As far as the garage goes, all she had to do was turn on the light in the garage which works just fine. Oh well! Wish we could please everyone, because we try hard with every guest, but don't think its possible with her. Wish it weren't so.

Good location and convenient to our event at OU.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only drawback was that we saw small spiders and ants in the house, and two of our family members were bitten.

We always spray for insects and bugs especially this time of year. We also keep ant traps out . We haven't had any other complaints from other guests so not sure what happened. We've kept a 4.9 rating on this home for 3 years, and always take care of any issues that arise.

Charming home in an inviting neighborhood.

The host was very welcoming and the house was exactly what it looks like online. The decoration is very charming and cheerful. The beds are very comfortable and you wake up feeling refreshed. I go to Moore quite often and this will be my go to place if it is available and I am in need of this much space.

Family reunion

Our family utilized this home for a family reunion for family from Texas and Kansas. Lots of room. The owner was easy to get ahold of and work with. This place was stocked with towels which was so nice. It has a small yard but yet a really nice park just few blocks away. The only other thing others need to be aware of it is hard for young kids to get in top bed of bunk bed by themselves.

We have good relationships with many of them. and its a quiet house and good for walks, bikes, play, picnics at the park, walking trails, while everything you need is still right around the corner. Grab a pizza, order door dash, or cook an awesome meal for gatherings while the kids are playing upstairs. Adult time downstairs is is a really nice feature that you may not have even thought of, but it all seems to work well, as many guests have reviewed. Multi- purpose means everyone is happy.
