Get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and spoil the whole family with an unforgettable stay here in Tillamook. Perched on 13 lush acres of rolling hills, creeks, river frontage, and private trails, there will be no need to venture far to get a bit of fresh air. Be sure to keep an eye out for local deer! The firepit will be just the place to gather to tell memorable stories at the end of an exciting day, and the gas grill will make preparing casual meals a breeze. Not to mention, you will be mere minutes from the adorable Tillamook Downtown and a short drive from endless stretches of soft sand and crashing waves when you feel like beachcombing.

When everyone finds a bit of time to kick back at home base, the interior will greet everyone with ample natural light, a spacious layout, and touches of contemporary charm. The living area will be the hub for movie nights and evening conversations with a mounted flatscreen TV offering streaming capabilities, a fireplace, a fantastic sectional sofa, and a fun swinging lounge chair. When mealtimes come around, the adjacent full kitchen features a coffee maker, espresso machine, beautiful countertops, bar seating, stainless steel appliances, and two sinks to make any recipe a breeze.

As an added treat for the fishing enthusiast, the famous Rock Hole fishing spot is considered one of the best for catching Chinook salmon. It's located two miles downstream from the Trask River Hatchery and includes healthy populations of salmon, steelhead, and cutthroat trout. The Trask River is known for producing world-class runs of winter Chinook and steelhead. Another fabulous advantage of this property is the option to launch a drift boat on the river. Loren's Drift Boat Launch is situated just two minutes east of the property, on Chance Rd, toward the Hatchery. Please remember that an Oregon fishing license is required to fish at the property.

This is just the escape you have been looking for, so book your stay at Trask River Ranch today!

Long Weekend in Tillamook
Our family had a great stay at the Ranch! It had all the necessities including the kitchen for our daily dinners. We also made great use of the fire pit in the backyard and the kids explored the river.

Modern Stay Getaway
We were pleasantly surprised at this modern home with modern amenities. It was a great home base to explore the area and we took advantage of the chef's kitchen to make meals from our food shopping nearby. The home is thoughtfully appointed, with modern amenities like a fast EV charger, fast internet, spa tub, and nice kitchen appliances. We visited the Tillamook factory and a few spots in Tillamook itself and also spent a day hiking around Cape Meares lighthouse and along the coast. Our favorite aspect of the stay was the peacefulness of the view from the back deck and the private trail down to the river. The host was communicative and did a great job with signs to explain the features of the home. We look forward to our next visit.

Great Place!
Stayed here for 2 nights. Was impressed by all the new furnishings and size of the place. A great place to relax and get some peace and quiet. Hot tub and the large screen TVs were nice touches. The Tesla charger also made it really convenient to drive down and back home when leaving.
