Welcome to the Biltmore Bella! This stylish, contemporary Italian inspired and PERFECTLY located property has everything for your next getaway! As soon as you make you way towards the front door, you are magically transported to begin your stay with the peaceful sounds of the fountain and once inside, guests are greeted by a meticulously-appointed, contemporary ground-floor property that reflects the lifestyle of the area. Everything was chosen with our guests in mind.
Do you like to cook? The kitchen comes fully-equipped for your home-away-from-home's meals. But should you decide to eat out (psssst, Phoenicians are foodies, btw) there are too many incredible restaurants to choose from that are either a short drive or a quick walk away. Numerous BBQ's are throughout the property as well, should you decide to grill. So, put down your suitcase and kick off your shoes to unwind on the patio after your travels-or shopping. Perhaps take a dip in one of the 2 sparkling pools, enjoy a work out in the gym on property or game of tennis(yes, there are tennis courts, too!) There are also 2 hot tubs! Enjoy the patio with a glass of wine, a cold lemonade or cup of coffee (we keep the Keurig stocked and on the ready) and soak up all of the tranquility. There is also a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom, should you want to check your emails -although we would not recommend this too much while on vacation ;) The Master King and Second Queen bedrooms each come with their own cable television. There are no steps!
Speaking of shopping, you have your own private entry into the famous Biltmore Fashion Park Mall, adjacent to the complex. Here you can shop, dine, and walk in beautifully pleasant surrounds. Should you want to venture about 10 minutes further east into Scottsdale, THE signature Scottsdale mall- Scottsdale Fashion Square boasts even MORE upscale shopping and dining. The Scottsdale Riverwalk and Arts District is also there and offers an astounding array of shopping and dining options. And if you're lucky to be visiting during one of the many food/art festivals, make time to check them out.
Give me some culture, you say? Museums and the Scottsdale Center for the Arts make it a perfect place to enjoy "The West's Most Western Town" in all of its glory! The Scottsdale Farmer's Market is also highly recommended (Saturdays, October-May), as is The Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and Scottsdale Museum of the West showcase some of the best bits of the city-both old and new.
Of course, this is only the tip of the Saguaro cactus! Phoenix and all that it has to offer, Sky Harbor International Airport and its surrounds are so easily accessible from here. (For example a perfect day trip to Sedona is about 1.5 hour drive away!)
Do you like to hike? If so, you are in luck once again since a 5-10 min drive will take you to one of the many local hikes enjoyed by both residents and visitors alike. A popular hiking spot is Camelback Mountain but there are a number of beautiful local trails within a few minutes drive. Don't forget your hat, sunblock and large water- especially when the summer temperatures start to rise. The hotter it gets, early morning hiking is recommended.
Biltmore Bella is a professionally managed, full-time rental that is the perfect place for holiday-makers, professionals, golf-nuts, shop-a-holics, romantics at heart and those who find themselves wanting to come to Phoenix just to watch our beautiful sunsets!
We are so happy that you're here!
