I was initially hesitant to book because of the remote description, but the property was really lovely and spacious-with plenty of room to accommodate our extended family. It was easy to get to off highway and the windows looking out onto the greenery was so peaceful. A few suggestions were relayed to management co-to improve future stays-The hot water in basement room downstairs was inconsistent going super hot to cold, and some of the included utensils-broken wine opener, grimy potholders/sticky bake sheets, etc could use a refresh.
Perfect location for my sister’s bachelorette party. House was very nice and well maintained and perfect distance for getting into Portland for some fun.
The house was perfect for 10 guys taking a weekend away to play golf. The house was huge and had everything we needed. The location is in the woods which was perfect for us as we wanted to be isolated from any neighbors. Everything described in the listing was accurate. We would definitely stay there again!
Our family had a wonderful time staying here. It was able to accommodate us all perfectly and gave us a beautiful place to call home for the Christmas week. Everything was so smooth, from booking, to check in, communication and check out. I would definitely stay here again and am grateful for the wonderful experience we had.
We had a wonderful time visiting with our friends in the open living area and the kids LOVED the indoor cornhole, darts and ping pong! Very clean and had everything we needed!!

Great place for families! 3 bedrooms upstairs (3rd floor) 1 bedroom downstairs and a huge living area on the main floor! We had ample room for our family of 14. Great location too
Me and my group had an amazing time staying here! The space was bigger than we thought and there was plenty to do around this area. We put the ring light to good use as well!
We stayed here for a bach party and it worked great for our large group. Definitely recommend bringing warm weather PJs in the upstairs bedrooms, no AC makes it quite toasty in the summer months. The fans provided were helpful.
Very spacious home with lots of room to play board games in one section, ping pong in another, video games in another, and eat a snack at the high top to watch it all! We came up for a family wedding and our part of the family all got to stay together! So fun for a larger family to spend time together in a great part of Maine.
Our family of 5 and our dog were staying in this property for 4 days in July. The neighborhood setting is quiet, and the house is very spacious and open. Host prepared many games for young generation - Cornhole boards (yes, plenty of space indoor), mini ping pong, and ready to hookup for video games. My kids definitely had a blast there. There are plenty of beds too.
We went to Scarborough beach on first day, which was about 20 minutes away, and then Portland city on second day, which was about 15 minutes away, with accessing to many great restaurants.
We really enjoyed the stay here.
Great place to bring lots of family together. So open and roomy. Plenty of seating and loved using the ping pong table. Plenty of towels, pillows, beds, and kitchen ware. Lots of windows to let in the cool evening breeze. We absolutely loved our stay. Quick responses from owner was a big plus! Really appreciated its location making it so private. Smart TVs are great to watch favorite show and we had a movie night. So happy to have the washer and dryer. We left so very happy with our stay. Thank you, Maria :)
There was plenty of room for a large gathering, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms adequate, the home was privately located in the woods, but close to 295 so there was traffic noise. There were some issues with the home but it seems that the owner may be working to improve those issues.

Overgrown exterior & Not Fresh Reno
The house was big and in a remote area. The outside was not maintained in the grass areas and the deck is starting to rock and weeken. The inside needs to be updated everything is old but functioning
All in all a good stay. Communication before we checked in was quick and helpful. We had to pull the clean towels out of the dryer, but that was easy! Note to future guests – bring your own kitchen towels, as there were none. The other kitchen dishes and supplies were adequate. Also, the driveway is not marked with a number, that we could see, so closely follow your GPS. Right on the listing for the rental it states that one single twin bed is in a “common area”, which is accurate, as the common space it was located in was the hallway. We didn’t end up needing it anyway, but just so other people know. Thanks for sharing your home with us. It was very secluded and included a beautiful view of snow covered trees during our stay.
