3 kings, 1 queen, 4 bunks and 3 full baths with all the amenities needed for a great family adventure on beautiful Lake Hartwell. This house sits on one acre in a deep water cove known for its fishing. This farm-style house sleeps 12 comfortably. We are in a very small community of 12 homes and have new construction around us. We do have security cameras at each entrance of the house for your safety and ours.

Our Stay in Winchester

Great location and amenities. We spent most of the time swimming off the dock!!! Great neighborhood…everything within 30 minutes for groceries etc….Great host… only issue was spotty wi fi …

Family Fall Vacation

This property was perfect for us and we most definitely plan to return. The house was immaculate, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds and linens super comfortable and blankets yummy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved that the house is not cluttered with junk. The fire pit is perfect. We made fires every evening and enjoyed the beautiful view. The kids loved the yard and stayed outside, mainly fishing. Each kid caught a fish! We also loved the location. Very peaceful and lovely location.

Lake Hartwell - High School Fishing Tournament

This new house was perfect for 3 families with teenagers on a tournament fishing trip. It was clean, spacious, had a well stocked kitchen for cooking, a grill on the back deck with views of the lake & dock, a game area upstairs, comfortable beds & pillows, 3 full bathrooms, beautiful back deck with table & sitting area to drink coffee & enjoy the views & fire pit in back yard. We all had plenty of room & enjoyed our stay!! Would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Beautiful new home with roomy dock

Better than the pictures!

The property was amazing. Beautiful spot on the lake with deep water, covered dock and plenty of yard space. The back porch was a bonus that I didn't expect with the great overhead fans and view of the lake and dock. We never left the house once we arrived because the kitchen had everything and then some! Everything was so clean and stocked. The beds and pillows were AMAZING. There are actually two masters because the queen downstairs has a jack-n-jill access to the full bathroom. I'll definitely be back.

Brian and I (Meridith) live in Cumming GA and we built this house to create memories with our 3 children and family members. I am a real estate agent focusing mostly on land acquisition and new construction and Brian is a financial advisor with a firm in Dunwoody. I am from Austin and he is from Philadelphia.
