About this property

Adorable home nestled in a quiet area of Lake Hartwell. This home features a full Kitchen with everything you need! The dining area is open to the living room with two large sliding glass doors overlooking the back porch and beautiful lake views! The Master bedroom is down stairs with a King bed and full bath (bathroom with a tub). Upstairs has two bedrooms one with two twin beds and the other with two queen beds. The room with the queen beds has a balcony you can walk out and enjoy a book/coffee/ drink or just get some sun with views of the lake. There is a shared bathroom upstairs with a shower only (no tub). Out back is a covered porch with two sitting areas. One area is a 6 seat outdoor table for dining on the porch. There is a gas grill for your enjoyment (we always make sure there is propane for your stay) Enjoy the fire pit on those cooler nights. The yard is very level walking out to the dock. There are games and floats available for your use as well! Please come enjoy a little peace of heaven!

New years Vacation Rental

The rental property was very out of the way, and also very quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and spacious. The views out the window to the river/lake were very nice. The living room was comfortable and inviting. My one complaint was the bed frame was very frail and not supported well. The several slats near the headboard fell in, making it impossible for both of us to sleep in the king size bed. I slept on the couch and then upstairs in one of the other beds. Those were fine and comfortable to sleep in.

My children and the just loved this lake house. It was comfortable and relaxing. We love to camp so the fire pit was a bonus at the lake house to make s’mores. Having lake access at the dock was so much fun. Thank you Kim for providing a paddle boat and paddle board. My family enjoyed both. We hope to return next summer and stay longer. Thank you!

Relaxing

This property was just like it was represented on line. Cute, nicely decorated and upgraded older lake house. The kitchen was well appointed, small, efficient with very nice appliances. The view was fantastic. Although close to the neighbors, this property felt very private. Beds were comfortable as were the couches. The open living area with table was perfect for our family gathering. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. Patio was very nice with a beverage fridge. If it had been less muggy, we would have used this a lot. There was only one life jacket and two huge floats. When we go back, we will bring some noodles or water saddles to float. Great dock chairs to relax by the water.

Quiet lakeside retreat.

Perfect home to have a quiet lakeside getaway. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to relax and enjoy our visit. The house was beautifully decorated while also being kid friendly. The kitchen was very well equipped and set up in a way where you felt at home because everything was easy to find. The best part besides the beautiful property and dock were the beds, everyone slept so well because the beds were so comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing quiet getaway this is definitely the place to go. We will definitely be back.

Quiet lake property

The home is nice inside and is well appointed. Parking is very limited. We went to the lake to take our boats and dock them at the dock in the photos. Boat ramp is very close by to put your boat in. When we arrived we checked the dock out and it was in disrepair with no bumpers or cleats to tie up to. The walkway was lopsided and floats missing under the dock. Least to say we where not happy and did not come to have to pull our boats in and out if the water each day. The owners where very responsive and offered to move their boat so we could put our boat in the slip 2 days later. If they would make repairs to the dock it would be great.
