The home features a covered patio with outdoor furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails as the sun sets over the hills. Guests love watching whitetail deer and wildlife beyond the fence line while enjoying the quiet and wide-open feel of the Texas Hill Country.

You will have the entire house, pool, and property to yourself, including a private gated entry and plenty of parking for up to five vehicles. The home uses a secure keypad entry, and the master bedroom includes its own private door that opens to Hill Country views and fresh air.

Wonderful home!

The house accommodated our group of 4 visiting for a local wedding wonderfully and easily could have fit 2 more couples. The main living area and kitchen is so open and easy to relax in. Everything was very clean and the views are amazing. Very well kept home.

Great Texas view!

House was great, stunning view overlooking the pool, nice yard and outdoor seating area. Owner was extremely responsive with items that were needed. Overall great stay, only negative that can easily be fixed is stocking the house with more kitchen items (trash bags, wine opener, utensils, plates), and some pillows and bath towels. Would for sure stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We decided to turn a property we own into a vacation rental. We like this property because of the views, the pool as well as its proximity to everything San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country have to offer. All the furniture as well is new as of May 2022. We hope you enjoy your stay and we're always here to help if you have any questions.

What makes this property unique

We are 12 minutes to Fiesta Texas (Six Flags), La Cantera and The Rim. 25 minutes to downtown San Antonio, The Riverwalk, SeaWorld and San Antonio's International Airport. 55 minutes to Fredricksburg. 40 minutes to New Braunfels. 50 Minutes to Kerrville.
