Our lakefront beach house is perfectly located near the heart of Destin in a small, gated subdivision with a PRIVATE BEACH that allows you to enjoy the crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches without all the typical Destin crowds! Our redesigned backyard is perfect for enjoying the PRIVATE POOL, firing up the grill, fishing from the dock, tanning on the deck, enjoying a meal or watching the sunset around a firepit.

Let the kids enjoy the PRIVATE POOL while the adults sit outside in the shady alcove or tan out on the deck. The outdoor area of Sandy Bottoms is truly a magical place to spend your beach vacation!

The PRIVATE BEACH is only a 4 minute walk with NO busy streets to cross. The beach is ONLY FOR GUESTS/RESIDENTS of the neighborhood so you can avoid the huge Destin crowds! The neighborhood is protected with gated entranceways and local security to ensure everyone stays safe while on vacation.

All of our Bedrooms have BRAND NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES, new pillows, luxurious sheets and SMART TVs so that everyone can find their personal place of escape!

Our kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with everything from wine glasses to waffle makers and everything in between! We love preparing food in our family and wanted to ensure our guests had every available opportunity to make world class meals in our kitchen!

Sandy Bottoms sits just west of the heart of Destin across from the Big Kahunas Water Park. There is a pizza restaurant and breakfast place within walking distance if you didn't feel like driving. All of the world class restaurants of Destin are only a 5-10 minute drive away! The neighborhood offers complete privacy and is a mix of vacation homes and full-time residents.

What makes staying with us different? You will be interacting DIRECTLY WITH US during your entire stay. We are not a large property management company. We are a family dedicated to providing you with unmatched customer service! Any and all questions or issues that arrive, we will PERSONALLY HANDLE for you.

Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and strictly enforced by local law enforcement.

We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay…only after you depart.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 12. Exceeding this will result in a fine by local authorities and immediate eviction.

There is NO STREET PARKING allowed.

The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

We cannot provide refunds for weather.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, and wash cloths.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide you with one set of travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash per full bathroom. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we’ll also provide you with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry pods. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, blender, various size pots & pans, a teapot, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig Machine. BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE!

4. Do you provide any baby items? –We provide a high chair, Pack-N-Play, and kids place settings.

5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There is a gas grill outside.

6. Do you provide fire wood? – No. You will need to bring/buy fire wood for the outside fire pit.

7. Do you allow pets? – Yes! We allow 1 dog per stay for $75/night.

8. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

9. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide all Smart TVs with streaming services. We do not provide cable.

10. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited high speed internet with Wi-Fi.

11. How many parking spaces are there? - You are allowed 3 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle in the garage. NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED.

12. How deep is the pool and is it heated? - The pool is right around 5’ deep in the deepest corner and can be heated for an additional $65/day.
