Fun spot full of amenities: washer/dryer/kitchenette/breakfast nook with seating, 1 queen bed. Private pool, large grassy yard, under house recreation area with gas grill/ping pong table/cornhole/picnic table/outdoor shower/hammock/beach chairs/umbrella, bicycles. Semi-Private beautiful Southern Shores beach is 2 1/2 blocks away. Distance to the beach is an easy walk or free private parking pass is provided.
