Property description:
Tastefully and comfortably furnished ca 34 sqm 1-room apartment with a large balcony. To relax, and for leisurely coffee hours on the balcony table and chairs are available. From the balcony you have to the right part of the view of the shipping lane to the harbor. The apartment exudes a harmonious hues and the selection of images immediately a pleasant holiday mood.

Location Description:
Our apartment is located on the ground floor of Strandhaferweg 2, about 50 meters from the south beach promenade, and only about 150 meters from the marina.
Domestic equipments:
The accommodation is equipped with sleeping facilities for 4 persons (2 beds, 1 pull-out sofa for 2 persons. The sleeping places can be separated by a curtain). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub for relaxing. The pretty galley kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob, toaster and coffee maker.
Outside:
The beach can be reached in just a few minutes.

Proximity to the marina and the promenade.
General:
A private parking space is also at your disposal. Bed linen and towels can be obtained at a surcharge from the manager.

Die Wohnung ist sehr alt und schmuddelig, zudem haben wir 2 Tage nach Abreise feststellen müssen das wir Kopfläuse haben! Die Badewanne ist rostig, die Matratzen weich und hängen durch der Balkon mit Spinnengewebe verziehet… eine kleine Ekelwohnung! 85 Euro Endreinigung für die Tonne!

Der Vermieter wurde über die mangelhafte Sauberkeit am ersten Tag informiert, er hat nicht darauf reagiert. Die Lage ist das einzige, was wir empfehlen können. Ansonsten leider nichts an der Wohnung. Der Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Angebot.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung an einem wunderbaren Ort. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich bin dort für eine Woche verreist. Die Örtlichkeit an sich ist immer schon eine Reise wert und wenn man dann noch so eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung als Unterkunft hat, kann man den Urlaub einfach nur genießen :)
