The house is located in the old center of the coastal village 'Fehmarnsund',
near dunes and natural beach on the 'Sund' and the marina / Martin shipyard.

The house offers plenty of space for a family or group up to max. 6 people, with the garden in front of the door, in addition all comfort, HighSpeed WLAN and a living space of approx. 90qm.

In the basement there is a living room with fireplace, sofa, dining area, satellite TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a shower room with toilet and a double bedroom.

The upper floor has a large living room / bedroom with stunning views of the Fehmarn Sound and is equipped with two single beds and a separate sofa. There is also another bedroom with double bed.

The garden is right on the doorstep and is equipped with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and beach chair. A parking space is located on the property and there is plenty of space for bicycles and sports equipment.

Service vor Ort - es gab keinen Service vor Ort, das war uns bekannt und wollten wir auch nicht, wir hätten uns bei Fragen an den Vermieter wenden können

Lotsenhaus mit Charme

Das alte Lotsenhaus wurde liebevoll zur Ferienwohnung ausgebaut. Der Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die Lage direkt an den Dünen (die man im Gegensatz zu Sylt sogar betreten darf) und dem langen, auch zur Hochsaison nicht überfüllten Strand ist einmalig.
