Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage und wenn man keine hohen Ansprüche hat, ist die Wohnung auch in Ordnung. Der Preis stimmt und deshalb sollte man nicht meckern. Allerdings frag ich mich wer die Toilette installiert hat, war so eng an der Duschkabine, dass man kaum drauf sitzen konnte! Als großer Mann fast unmöglich! Aber ansonsten wenn man Abstriche bei der Größe der Räumlichkeiten macht(Max 2 Personen), ist die Wohnung in Ordnung und ich würde wiederkommen!

Die Ausstattung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen , die Fotos vom Objekt sind älter. Es sind
Die Ausstattung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen , die Fotos vom Objekt sind älter. Es sind teilweise Spinnweben vorhanden , in denen sich auch der Staub fängt (Lüftungsgitter im Bad und Küche) . Teilweise klemmen die Türen und die Klinken knarren. Auch ist das Mobiliar z.T. beschädigt (Sitzflächen der Stühle) . Aufgrund der Tatsache , das zum Urlaubszeitpunkt schon eine Menge Mücken am Fenster sitzen und man deshalb ungern die Fenster zum Lüften öffnet , haben wir zumindest an einem Fenster selbständig ein Fliegengitter eingeklebt. Ich habe hier nicht alles aufgeführt, weil dies zu umfangreich wäre.
Der Vermieter hat sich auf eine Mail umgehend gemeldet und z.B. den Austausch von Möbeln angeboten . Jedoch sollte so etwas vor der Vermietung erfolgen. Leider gibt es anscheinend auch immer wieder Urlaubsgäste , die nicht den Mut besitzen , bei selbst verursachten Beschädigungen dies dem Vermieter mitzuteilen und somit für diesen unbekannt bleiben.
Ich werde auf Fehmarn auf alle Fälle wieder Urlaub machen , aber nicht mehr in diesem Objekt.
