The city of Burg and the Burgstaaken fishing port are visible above the green belt beyond. The walk to the best beach of the island is only about 100 meters. On the beach promenade there are many shops, restaurants and the leisure, spa and adventure FehMare. The nearest bus stop is only a few steps away.

The living room has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with divided spring mattresses, sitting area (sleeping for 3. Person) and a dining area. A modern 32 "LED TV with satellite connection and a stereo with CD player are a matter of course. A small selection of books promises comfortable reading hours. The dimmable ceiling washer gives a pleasant atmosphere. For a restful sleep, blackout blinds provide. The floor is covered with floor-to-ceiling laminate flooring.
