Property Review
The property was ok, some of the furniture there could be updated. Furniture was dirty, there was roaches, the broom broke while we started to sweep, so we bought another one. The first floor was cool, but the second floor was very hot, so the babies was crying, and we didn’t sleep good. One of the bedrooms bed screws came out, soon as we laid down. We couldn’t get in the pool it was to cold, I tried to reach out to the property manager, but I didn’t get a response back. The security there was rude, Im the one who booked the house, and they wouldn’t let me in. My 3 year old use the bathroom on herself, because the security was giving me a hard time, and close the door while I was trying to show them my reservation. I was knocking on the door, and he did not open, I had to walk to the other side to talk to the other security. The house is very spacious, we did have a good time, but the way the security treated us, I never want to book in this area again. The same security also was following my family around, like we are some type of criminals, and I felt like we was being targeted because of the color of our skin.
