First Orlando Trip

The house was great! It is just as described and pictured. Great location since it is close to Disney parks and other attractions. The neighborhood is quiet for a great night sleep. Check in and check out process was easy and quick. Will try to stay here in my next trip to Orlando.

The overall stay was ok I stay on this resort each time I come to Kissimmee this particular one didn’t have air whole time we were there and my family that stay upstairs had to sleep with the windows open each night the host was in contact and offered us to leave but how convenient is it to pack a family of 6 and find other lodging when it was all said and done she provided 140 refunded which was I think for one night place as pictured thanks again

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few important points for accuracy and transparency about your stay. • On the day of arrival, the fuse box was tripped due to you having numerous hair dressing items simultaneously plugged in. This created a serious electrical hazard and risk of fire. You blew the power on half the house. • Additionally, you let your kids leave a pot unattended on the stove until it boiled completely dry and began Burning. Maintenance had to immedietly find where the smoke was coming from while you were out to dinner. He had to turn the stove off, preventing a house fire. • Despite these safety concerns, we remained responsive, offered solutions, and worked promptly to ensure the home was safe and functional. • Lastly, personal shoes left behind after checkout were mailed back to you as a courtesy and out of goodwill. *We take guest safety and property care very seriously and always strive to be fair, responsive, and accommodating. We appreciate future guests treating the home with the same care and respect.

A very spacious home. Smooth and easy check in. moderately stocked kitchen, pool is just perfect sized for a dip. Minor things that could take it to the next level: more paper products (extra roll of paper towels, toilet paper), bedroom fans repair/update/hardwire.

Great host and welcoming home

I took a leap of faith when booking this property for a Christmas vacation seeing no review on the platform, and it turned out to be the best decision made. The home was in a pristine condition when we walked into it. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures and they look better in reality than in the pictures. Leila, the host, has a good taste and really makes the home welcoming and comfortable. She was also very responsive to our questions and requests and accommodating. She truly went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Did I mention that the beds are so comfortable? This home is in a very quiet resort with a no party rule. Most of the residents are families. It has a nice club house with a beautiful pool and is very family friendly. It is very close to Disney theme parks and restaurants and groceries: all within 15-20 minutes drive. It's also close to major highways and it's easy to get around. Highly recommend for your next Disney/Orlando trip.
