Casa Verano (Summer House) Unit B

Comforts of home as you relax in a beautiful and completely renovated retreat with a beach industrial vibe. It's hard to believe this beauty was built in 1939. All new furniture, luxury vinyl plank flooring, cabinets, and appliances.

Accommodations for 7 include a master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a loft for 3. (Side A: 3 twins and/or Side B: a full with 1 twins).

Lust in the beautiful peekaboo view of the sunrise and pastel sunsets from the kitchen window as you prepare a full meal or quick snack. Outside, under a canopy of palm trees, is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a family meal.

Head out the door and across the street to beach access 33 for an amazing day on the beach and the fun of PCB. No crowds, no elevators or stairs for entry, come and go with ease! Park your car in the private driveway and enjoy your vacation getaway. Great location if you are a Floribama Shore fan as this home is situated across the street from the house where the show was filmed.

*We offer reservations to include both sides for vacationing families and friends that want to stay together. There is also an adjoining door in living room that can be unlocked for space to move between Unit A & B when rented together.* See VRBO 2882326 for Unit A.

Set A/C to 72 in summer and heat to 68 in winter.

Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Well-kept condo. Owners/property manager was very easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place.

Our Stay at Casa Verano was amazing! The beach is a couple steps away! Casa verano is nicely decorated and is spacious, Amanda is really nice and stays in touch to make sure everything is going good! I look forward to my next vacation here

Great location and nice , clean property

This is was our second time staying at this property and both times we had a great stay.Amanda is great , she is responsive , kind and very understanding. The location of the property is amazing , the walk to the beach is short and we were able to easily find a good spot. There are plenty of resturants and activites close by, a lot of them are within walking distance one for example is Pineapple Willie's.The property was great for our 3 teens , 1 small child and 3 adults. Everything was very clean when we checked in. We will definitely be returning !

Location can't be beat

We stayed here last week and it was overall a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the space and will return! Pros: -The house was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults. It would be crowded for more people due to the narrow shape of the space but for us it was perfect. -Location is steps from public beach access and since it's farther away from the massive condos, our section of beach was less crowded. Quick walk to Walmart, gas stations and food. -Property managers were very communicative and friendly. Dealt with a minor refrigerator issue in a matter of hours. -beach chairs and outdoor shower to rinse off sand made the beach days much easier! -Check in and out was super simple. -The binder with house and location information was very helpful! Cons: -The walls are thin and you can EASILY hear the conversations next door. Only an issue for us one evening when the neighbors were being loud, but PCB is a party spot...not unexpected. -There was only one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag in the space for the week long stay. In the future maybe stock the house with one or two backups of essentials? Emergency TP runs are no fun. -No recycling bins available for glass or cans!

Perfect Beach Home

This rental was perfect for our beach trip. Extremely clean, spacious and had everything you would need for a home away from home. There's not one negative thing I can say about it. Our family had a great time. Beach is right across the street. Neighborhood is very nice and serene. I will definitely be booking this property again.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Verano Unit B. The location cannot be beat, just a short walk to the beach. Much better than in a high rise waiting on an elevator! Check in was great and communication with the property manager was great. Will definitely be going back!
