Your apartment on the 2nd floor with a sunny south-west facing balcony in Zingst is centrally located near the beach in a complex of 5 townhouses on a landscaped plot. In 2011 the attic apartment was renovated and tastefully decorated. The spacious living room has a comfortable seating area to relax in front of the bioethanol stove. Should it ever rain, just use our games collection. Thus, the apartment is very attractive even outside the high season. Despite its central location, the bedroom is quiet to the garden side. In the separate kitchen is everything from A like casserole to Z like lemon squeezer. You are also welcome to bring your bicycles, which are safe and dry in the lockable bike room.

Liebes Team, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und optimal gelegen. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig, z.B. Badezimmer, Boden Schlafzimmer, Kaffeemaschine (!), Matratzen… Ich hoffe, sie nehmen das als konstruktive Kritik an und können das im Interesse aller beheben. Dann buche ich die Wohnung sehr gerne wieder! Freundliche Grüße Angela Kirr

Guten Tag, Es gibt zwei entscheidende Punkte ,die noch ausbaufähig sind. Das die von uns bewohnte Wohnung hatte kein WIFI und deshalb auch die "TV und Radio Technik"überholt war . Und das im 21.Jahundert. Ferner ist die Fahrradgarage eher ein Schrottplatz für alte Fahrräder.Und kein Abstellplatz für hochwertige E bike ,ohne Befestigung Möglichkeiten und ohne Stromverorgung.Auch dies ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß.

Ich war mit einer Freundin 1 Woche in der Wohnung. Ich habe noch nie eine so vollständig eingerichtete Küche gesehen. Obwohl die Wohnung im Zentrum liegt ist sie total ruhig und auf dem Balkon sitzt man gut geschützt. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz hat eine Schranke, so dass "fremde" Touristen ihn nicht benutzen können. Auch Kontakt mit Vermieter u Zimmervermittlung war toll. Sehr gerne wieder!!

Zentral und ruhig gelegen

Zentral gelegen, alles fußläufig erreichbar, Kleinigkeiten fehlen zur Bestnote, z.B. Insektenschutz an der Balkontür, Duschmatte. Trotzdem sehr schöne Wohnung und gute Ausstattung.
