The thatched house is on the Graswarder, on the triangle between the Baltic Sea, inland lake and marina. Through floor-to-ceiling windows you look out over your large terrace to a well-kept dune landscape.

The house is modern and comfortably furnished.

On the upper floor you will find two spacious bedrooms with box spring beds measuring 180 x 200 cm as well as adequate closet space and storage space.

One bedroom has floor-to-ceiling, black-out windows with a view of the marina. From the other bedroom you can watch the birds on the inland lake and also see the Baltic Sea. In this room, the beds can alternatively be placed as two single beds. A third, comfortable bed in this room becomes an armchair when not in use.

On the gallery on the upper floor you will find a desk and a safe that can also hold laptops.

The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a bathtub and a spacious, walk-in shower. A washing machine / dryer combination is also available here.

The third bedroom is easily accessible on the ground floor and has a single bed. Alternatively, this area with its pillow landscape can be used as a resting, reading or retreat room. This room has its own terrace with a view of the lake.

On the ground floor you will find another bathroom with a walk-in, spacious shower and your own sauna.

The living area is of high quality and modern with a leather seating area. A stove also provides cosiness.

The dining area seats 6 people. The open, fully equipped kitchenette allows you to get together around meals.

In the house you will find 3 internet-compatible flat screen televisions in the size 50 inch or 42 inch (Smart TV). They are fed via a central satellite system. You can receive numerous television programs and an almost unlimited number of radio stations.

Of course you can also play DVDs or CDs you have brought with you, a 3D Blu-Ray device is available.

You can log in your own devices via the WLAN or use apps like Netflix or YouTube with the existing TVs.

The terrace is harmoniously inserted into the dune landscape with its natural wood covering. Here you can have breakfast in the sun or relax on comfortable loungers under the large patio umbrella. There is another dining table on the smaller terrace with a view of the lake, where you can end the day in the evening sun.

The house has an adjoining room where you can safely park bicycles. Your own parking space is right by the house.

On the Baltic Sea beach nearby is available in the period of approx. May to September your own beach chair available.
