Come on in the comfortable and modern apartment, which is located in an exclusive location of the luxury beach resort Marina Heiligenhafen. The beach, the adventure pier, the old town of Heiligenhafen and the nature reserve Graswarder are nearby.

The 30 sqm large and surrounded by dune grass south-west-facing terrace overlooking the lake invites you to linger and relax. The generous equipment with beach chair, sun loungers, parasol and sufficient seating options leave nothing to be desired.

The apartment has a high-quality equipped open kitchen with bar, which is followed by a spacious dining table.

The adjoining living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a lounge chair invites you to read and relax. An Internet-enabled 55 "TV flat screen and a Bluetooth-capable stereo system with radio and CD player are also available.

The bedroom has a comfortable box spring double bed, a large wardrobe and a flat screen TV.

Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, gepflegt und top ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse ist wirklich toll - bereits ab mittags hat man dort bis zum späteren Abend Sonne. Ein Punkt Abzug, da die Terrasse doch ab und an mal von Unkraut befreit werden könnte. Außerdem wäre ein extra Besen für die Spinnenweben draußen an Fenster und Türen gut. Ingesamt aber wirklich toll und empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Das Highlight ist die große ruhig gelegene Terrasse, auf der man von Mittag bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne hat. Und wenn man in den "Trubel" möchte, ist man in wenigen Schritten in der "Einkaufspassage" vom Resort und an der Marina. Perfekt!
