Our home is a well equipped 1 bedroom apartment with high ceilings and large windows that provide for a bright and refreshing feel. The space includes a private loft for 2 extra guests and 2 full bathrooms.

Our three favorite aspects of the home are the private deck with amazing views, window view from the loft and the gas fireplace in the master bedroom.

We are extremely close to the local beautiful beaches and parks and our home provides easy access to the entire Maine/New Hampshire Seacoast which makes this spot perfect for small groups, families and couples.

Our entire condo is available for you and you will not be sharing the space with anyone else.

Our home is in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, near market square. City noise from the street and nightlife should be expected especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

Even though we had a few hiccups with the temperature of the unit and the function of the gas stove, things were resolvedvery quickly and we had a fabulous time. The location is perfect for shopping and touring of downtown Portsmouth..

Excellent location, lots of good restaurants—good news, bad news—if you want to go to bed early on a weekend it can be noisy due to proximity to bars and restaurants, but we did find some earplugs in the bedroom drawer. Darryl left great instructions and guides to the area. It was a little awkward for the upstairs couple to have to come back to the main level for the wash room, Parking near the unit on a Friday evening was a challenge. But the unit was nicely furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Very, very clean. We enjoyed our short time there.
