The wooden house to feel good with sauna, whirlpool and meditation room. Spacious, clean and homey. Small luxury meets natural garden with large natural sandbox, wildflowers and fruit hedges.
In the Mühlviertel - very close to the nature reserve Pesenbachtal.
Here you can relax and recharge your batteries. The light wood calms and grounds. For those seeking peace, we have set up a small relaxation room in the attic.
Hiking trails, woods and meadows are in the immediate vicinity.
The ground floor consists of a cloakroom with plenty of storage space, large open kitchen with dining area for 6 persons a bedroom and toilet and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms, a walk-in closet and the large bathroom with shower, whirlpool, sauna and toilet.
The loft has a small meditation and yoga room and can accommodate children to play.
In the garden in summer the pool is perfect for cooling off, there is also a large pile of sand for children.

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Die Gläser sind durch den Geschirrspüler milchig, das passiert nach einiger Zeit und heißt glaub ich Korrision. Im Sinne der Enkeltauglichkeit ersetzen wir nur defekte Gegenstände, da wir Müll vermeiden möchten.
Wie kommen Sie darauf, dass man das WC nicht zusperren kann? Das geht mittels Drehverschluss.
Schade dass ihr euch in unsrem schönen Haus nicht so wohl gefühlt habt. Alles Liebe!
