Great location! Beach, dyke and a beautiful little village within walking distance

Welcome dear guests,

our bungalow "Kleine Deichperle" is located in Lemmer, near the dike. In a few minutes you can reach the beautiful beach of Lemmer. Always with a view of the IJsselmeer, you walk a little further and are in the beautiful center. Our bungalow "Kleine Deichperle" was renovated at the end of 2018 and furnished in a modern style with old accents. The garden is beautiful and in the summer an awning will give you shade, if desired.

A Webergrill is available as well as sun loungers. Lemmer is a well-known water sports resort. Enjoy in our bungalow your well deserved vacation.

Anglers catch eel, pike and zander here.
2 fishing rods are available for free.
All around there are fishing opportunities everywhere.
Rent boats etc. everything is possible.

For cyclists free bicycles are available.

Take a bath on the beach or enjoy the surroundings while hiking.

Our "Kleine Deichperle" is the perfect starting point for a successful holiday.

Also day trips z. B to Amsterdam or to the outlet in Lelystadt, the small town Sloten (from the boat also beautiful) etc. are no problem.

Dogs allowed on request! Additional costs 20,00 Euro per dog.

Bed linen can be obtained from our cleaning company on site for 8.00 Euro per person. We are happy to organize it for you.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem,was benötigt wird.Sehr nah am Deich/Strand gelegen.Stadt Lemmer gut fußläufig zu erreichen.Nette idyllische Innenstadt mit sehr schönen Geschäften und tollen Restaurants. wir waren schon zweimal in Lemmer und werden es sicherlich auch noch mal sein!!😊

Wir kommen gern wieder

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit der Sauberkeit des Objektes (Mißverständnis mit der Reinigungsfirma) und der unkomplizierten und offenen Kommunikation mit Sabine hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in Lemmer und in der schönen Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die Bemühungen aus der Ferne. Lemmer ist eine Reise wert, wir wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Unser Silvester 2023 in Lemmer

Wir waren mit dem Häuschen sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist spitze! Direkt am Meer. Die Häuschen in der direkter Umgebung eher veraltet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war spitze 👍🏻 Sehr zu empfehlen!

Erstklassige Unterkunft!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wunderbar, angefangen von der liebe- und stilvollen Einrichtung, der Ausstattung (die vielen Steckdosen haben uns positiv überrascht), dem wunderschönen Garten bis hin zur tollen Lage (Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum). Auch die Vermieter waren wirklich mehr als sehr hilfreich mit einer sehr schnellen Raktionszeit! Danke für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pefekt gelegen!

Vor allem anderen: Erst nochmal ein ganz dickes "Danke" für das telefonische Live-Navigieren zum Haus ;-) Nach leichten Orientierungsschwierigkeiten zu Beginn (kleiner Tipp für's Navi: Hausnummer 25 eingeben, dann findet man die Anlage auf Anhieb) haben wir schnell zurechtgefunden und eingelebt. Das Objekt liegt wirklich nur wenige Schritte vom Deich und somit vom Strand entfernt – ideal für spontane Strandbesuche für unsere Kids. Der Garten lädt zum Relaxen oder auch Rumtoben ein – ideal für unseren Hund. Das Städtchen samt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist wirklich herzallerliebst und schnell zu erreichen – nicht zuletzt dank der zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder. Mit anderen Worten: Auch wenn wir unseren Urlaub durch die generelle Coronaentwicklung in den Niederlanden leider kurzfristig verkürzen mussten, haben wir die Zeit doch sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal an Frau Delicate für Rat und Tat per Telefon und die freundliche Abwicklung.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Ferienhaus mit Garten, geschmackvoll und praktikabel eingerichtet, ruhige Lage, fußläufig sowohl Deich und Strand als auch Supermarkt erreichbar, sehr freundliche Betreuung durch den Eigentümer, absolut zu empfehlen!

Hoch zufrieden und deshalb kommen wir nächstes Jahr sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit großem, schön angelegtem Garten. Neu eingerichtete Küche. Leider fehlten im Haus Rauch- und Kohlenmonoxid-Melder. Ansonsten waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden

Schöner Bungalow, schöne Lage und schöner Urlaub

Das Objekt war sehr sauber , alles war funktionstüchtig, die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach und stets überaus freundlich. Lage zum Strand zu Fuß äußerst kurz genau wie zur schönen Stadt mit allen was man benötigt. Wäre das Objekt nicht schon gebucht gewesen hätten wir den Urlaub spontan verlängert , jeder Zeit wieder - absolute Empfehlung :)

Schönes Ferienhaus für die Familie mit großen Garten.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Es bietet genug Platz für die Familie und der Garten ist echt Mega groß für die sonnigen Stunden. Zum Strand und in die City sind es wenige geh Minuten. Kurz um.... schön, sauber, großer Garten, Strandnah und sehr empfehlenswert.
