Our modern and comfortably furnished holiday home is idyllically and quietly located in a former holiday village near Reichelsheim. The ideal place to unwind or to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on the spacious property. If you like it more sporty, you can explore the Odenwald hiking or cycling. Some beautiful hiking trails can be found in the information material that is available in the holiday home. The house, renovated in 2018, is about 80 square meters, suitable for 2-4 persons and offers a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds, shower room, living room, dining room, balcony and terrace with large Property. Bed linen and towels are provided during your stay. Up to 2 cars can be parked at the house. Unfortunately pets can not be brought along.

Erholsamer Rückzugsort

Ein schönes Haus mit allem ausgestattet was für einen erholsamen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Rehe grasen gleich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Kein Autolärm. Und dazu noch hilfreiche und total freundliche Vermieter. Echt zu empfehlen!

Toller Kurzurlaub

Ein tolle Auszeit vom Alltag in einer ruhigen Umgebung! Das Ferienhaus hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und es wurden alle Fragen bestmöglich beantwortet! Immer wieder gerne!

Stylisches & gemütliches Häuschen mit einem Manko

Das Haus ist sehr schön und Frau Lauser ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung standen in der Wohnung frische Blümchen, Schokolade und Kirschsaft. Die Wohnung und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet (Küchenrolle, Spüli, Handwaschseife, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffeepulver,…). In dem Kinder-Schlafzimmer sind viele Hörbücher und Bücher für die Kinder. Es gibt Reiseprospekte und Reiseführer sowie Romane. Die Wohnung ist sehr stylisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Leider waren die Matratzen des „Elternbett“ bei uns sehr hart und wirkten durchgelegen. Durchschlafen war da leider nicht drin. Schade - sonst wäre alles perfekt gewesen. Was uns nicht gestört hat, aber vielleicht mal beseitigt werden könnte, sind die Spinnweben in vielen Ecken.

Natur und Comfort !

Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg inmitten einer ehemaligen Ferienhaussiedlung und ist über schmalere Zugangsstraßen erreichbar. An kritischen Stellen wird es bei Gegenverkehr schon verdammt eng, jedoch ist alles lösbar. An der äußeren Hausfassade wären vielleicht einige Farbeinheiten angebracht (Werkstoff Holz) und manche Gäste hinterlassen den Grill eben ungereinigt. Deshalb nur vier Sterne. Die Inneneinrichtung hingegen ist ein Wohlfühlfaktor, hier erkennt man die Liebe zum Detail. Sämtliche notwendige Utensilien sind vorhanden und alle Geräte sind leicht zu bedienen. Das Wohl ihrer Gäste liegt der Vermieterin sehr am Herzen. In der Abenddämmerung kann man auf der Wiese hinterm Haus Rehe beobachten und für Ornithologen ist die Lage inmitten der Natur ein Kleinod. Achtzehn Singvogelarten gaben sich ein Stelldichein, darunter seltenere Arten wie Ortolan, Heckenbraunelle und Schwarzspecht. Wir hatten eine schöne, leider viel zu kurze Woche.
