Such a nice place! Spacious rooms, so clean, short walk to the shops and restaurants. We were very pleased with our stay. Also (frequent) clear messaging about details for check in/out, parking, etc. Really positive experience.

Great 2 bedroom 3 bath condo. The place was super clean on a quiet side street with a quick easy walk to Ocean Springs Main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking in the complex lot. We enjoyed the patio and balcony off the upstairs bedroom. We also walked down to the park and pier to watch the sunset …quick walk down neighborhood streets with charming houses. Communication with the host was great and check in was easy. I recommend this place .

Great location. Clean & quiet property. Modern & had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay in this complex again but try another unit since the a/c system didn’t seem to cool properly & instructions wouldn’t allow to lower more than 72 degrees (which did not feel like a cold 72). Also the bath towels are very dingy & need to be replaced.

We’re disappointed by this review, particularly the attempt to discourage future guests from booking a property the guest described as clean, quiet, modern, and in a great location. To clarify, guests are absolutely welcome to set the AC to whatever temperature makes them comfortable. Perhaps this guest confused our checkout instructions, which simply ask that the AC not be left excessively low upon departure. The system was recently serviced and is working properly. Regarding the towels, this is the first complaint we’ve received, but we will certainly inspect them. We encourage prospective guests to consider the overwhelming majority of excellent reviews this property has received, including those before and after this stay. We believe those experiences speak far louder than this guest’s opinion. We have been a vacation rental for many years and guests absolutely love it!

We have stayed in this property for the last 3 occasions that we have visited Ocean Springs. Very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. As one always knows, there can be little things that can occur but the host took care of each one immediately. A little outside pressure wash on the front door would give a more welcome feeling because being near the beach, the elements can work on the outside of the property rather quickly. We will continue to use this rental when we make our next trip to OS

The host was welcoming and extremely responsive when I reached out. The location is perfect. It's a quiet, pretty neighborhood but only two blcoks from the old walkable part of town with restaurants, and shops.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay in this property that is close enough to the shops and restaurants to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in and out was simple. I would definitely choose this location again.
