This clean, charming home is located just steps away from Newport's finest restaurants, vibrant waterfront, shopping and nightlife. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guest with a King bed in the Master Bedroom and comfortable Queen Size Pull-Out in the Living Room.

There is not a reserved parking spot associated with the condo but there is a large public parking lot located directly adjacent to the home. The cost from May-October is $20 per day $30 overnight. Parking from November-April is free.

WIFI, Fresh towels, linens, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Machine, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, silverware and plates, basic cookware, Iron, 50" Smart TV's, Air Conditioning, beach chairs and towels.

We were in town for a (running) race but also wanted to spend time wandering around town. This rental was the PERFECT spot for walking / shopping / dining, etc. The bedroom is at the back -away from street noise- and was quiet. Would stay there again.
