Admire beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your expansive deck - enjoy your meals al fresco at the picnic table with the bay as your backdrop. You and your friends can also enjoy your meals under the home, where another picnic table and a propane grill will be waiting for you.

Inside this coastal-themed retreat, you will find a sunny living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and wall-to-wall windows and doors allowing you to admire the water without moving an inch from the sofa. Speaking of the sofa, this area has been furnished with nothing but guests' comfort in mind. Spend cozy evenings at home streaming your favorite series on the smart TV with cable. There is a cabinet full of games and puzzles. The nearby kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, and has a pantry as well. The breakfast bar offers six stools for quick meals on the go, while the adjoining dining table hosts up to six people as well.

There are four comfortable bedrooms (plus a sleeping nook) and three full bathrooms on two levels. All bedrooms have large closets for your convenience. The first level features the main bedroom with a smart TV and a large en suite bath with a soaking tub and a standalone shower - this bathroom is shared with another bedroom. There are two more bedrooms sharing another full bathroom. Upstairs, a welcoming sleeping nook with two comfortable beds and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
