Bray Park, which offers tennis, pickleball, frisbee golf, playgrounds, a spray park, and more. The beaches of Anna Maria Island are only five miles west, and downtown Bradenton attractions await only five miles north. There are interests for everyone, including fishing, bird watching and wildlife viewing, as well as snorkeling and an array of other aquatic activities.

But with plenty of outdoor fun right in your backyard, you may never want to leave home! Your screened lanai provides the perfect place to relax and lounge. Take a dive in the private pool and enjoy a game of pool basketball, or sit poolside in chaise lounges with a good book or beverage. The outdoor TV is the perfect place to gather, and the gas fireplace provides a cozy setup during evenings. Get competitive with a family game or giant Jenga or cornhole in the enclosed yard. Surely, there is plenty to do!

Inside, you’ll find beachy, colorful decor and an open-plan living space that combines the full, well-equipped kitchen with the adjacent dining area and living room. Between the table stools at the breakfast bar, there’s room for everyone at mealtime. If you prefer to be indoors, stream the latest release in the living, while relaxing in the central air-conditioning. Drift off to sleep in one of three well-appointed bedrooms, dreaming of your next perfect beach day. Beach gear including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and an ice chest are great for another day on the sand.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
