About this property

Rest and relaxation in the archway houses of the Nordhelmsiedlung.

We have designed our apartments so that we would like to vacation on our own. That's why it goes without saying that we clean and care for the apartments ourselves.
When you arrive, we will personally welcome you to the apartment and take you through the apartment. A bakery, bike rental and Edekamarkt is located in the Paralellstrasse.

This apartment is located on the ground floor of the house 15 in the Rheinstrasse, a renovated in 2012 small residential building and offers enough space for two people.
The apartment has a separate bedroom, a living room with an open kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a large terrace overlooking the garden.
In total there are about 35 square meters + 15 square meters terrace available.

Super saubere, gemütliche und vor allem ruhige Wohnung. Der Kühlschrank war so sauber als wäre er gerade erst geliefert worden. So muss das sein. Ab und an landet oder startet der Rettungshubschrauber. Das ist schon nicht leise, aber so oft passiert es ja nicht. Bad und Dusche top, super sauber. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, wäre ein Grill. Dann könnte man den Garten noch besser nutzen. Ansonsten absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles drin was man braucht. Das einzig negative, das Bad ist sehr klein. Vor allem die Dusche! Die Lage ist auch super. Wir hatten Räder mit, dann ist es perfekt.

Wir waren das erste Mal auf der Insel. Mit Fahrrädern kann mal alles super erreichen und die Umgebung erkunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben - modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber. Superlage zum Strand, Bäcker und Lebensmittel direkt ums Eck.

Tolle Woche auf Norderney

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Norderney, was soll man sagen: tolle praktische kleine Wohnung die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, mit Terrasse und kleinem eigenen Garten. sehr ruhige beschauliche Lage. Strand schnell erreichbar. Dann dazu dieses Sommerwetter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Toller Urlaub in einem ruhigen Eckchen

Wir haben eine tolle Woche dort verbracht. Die Kommunikation war super, am Anreisetag hatten wir sogar Glück und durften die Wohnung früher beziehen 😊 Voll ausgestattete, moderne und saubere Wohnung mit Wohlfühlgarantie! Zum Strand/Promenade sind es auch nur ein paar Meter. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort urlauben. Viele Grüße aus Bottrop ☀️

Tolle Unterkunft - modern - gemütlich - chic

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kleine aber feine Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung und toll ist auch die Strandnähe. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
