The cozy and modern apartment is conveniently located in the north of Neuss. From here, you can get to Düsseldorf, Cologne, Mönchengladbach, Krefeld and the Ruhr area in a very short time, both by car and public transport.

The almost 45sqm large non-smoking apartment is quietly located with a view of the countryside and offers sleeping facilities for up to 4 people. In the bedroom there is a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed for two people and in the living room on the sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) there are also two more people. Furthermore, a baby travel cot is available for the smallest guests on request.
The cozy kitchen is equipped with everything important and invites you to cook even during longer stays.
When the weather is nice, both the terrace and the garden can be used.
Sufficient parking spaces are available in front of the house and there are bus and tram stops in the immediate vicinity. In addition, both shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Bed linen and towels are available.
The final cleaning is € 25.
Animals are not allowed.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
