Enjoy this bright and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, designed for comfort and convenience—your perfect home away from home.

🛌 Master Bedroom: Spacious room with two queen-size beds and a TV for restful nights.

🛌 Second Bedroom: Cozy and private with a queen-size bed.

🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances to cook your favorite meals.

🧺 Washer & Dryer: In-unit laundry for a convenient stay.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic amenities.



🏊‍♂️ Pool Access: Enjoy access to our relaxing outdoor pool! Please note that the community requires wristbands for entry. We provide a set of 2 wristbands for $30 USD (please note that 2 is the maximum limit allowed per stay).



⚠️ Important: If a wristband is lost, the charges a $50 USD replacement fee.

⚠️ Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing exterior renovations. You may experience some construction noise during the day. We apologize for any inconvenience.



Please review the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.



- Guest Screening: For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. This must be completed before arrival.



- Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.



- Parking: Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The garage gate closes at 11:00 PM. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.



- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.



Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 13 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.
