Just as pictured

This place looks just like the pics! We were very pleased with the place. There was only one complication and it was with the AC unit not cooling. It kept jumping back to a factory setting. However, host was super quick to respond and took care of the problem!! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet as well. I highly recommend a stay here.

The house is exactly like in the photos, the space was enough for our group of 7 people. The location is very far away and that was a bad point for us, we wasted a lot of time to come and go.

Patricia and her family were wonderful guest but she didn’t inquire about location and travel time and apparently her event was not in the same Denton City. Giving us 3 reviews is not a true representation of our home.

Great location for Denton getaway

Everything about our experience was top notch. Property management was very responsive and professional even when we locked ourselves out of the house. House is very clean and equipped with all of the necessary supplies and equipment (kitchen supplies) for a multi day stay. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Denton.

Nice Place in a Good Neighborhood

Easy in and out just off of University Ave and 1/4 mile away from Loop 288. Property is nice and clean. We had everything we needed to cook with.
