We love to travel with our 3 children. Sometimes we just want to get away from our busy schedules at home and relax in a beautiful place. Sometimes we are looking for experiences we can't easily get at home - like logging some beach or pool time together. Our beach home in Ft Morgan gives us the option to do any and all of those things. We hope you find Sandy Dunes Hideaway to be the perfect way for your family to get away, recharge, and reconnect, too!
What makes this property unique
Our 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom home sleeps up to 15 people (Max 13 adults), including four comfortable, light-filled King bedrooms, 1 bunk room with full over full and twin trundle mattress (sleeps 5 children), & a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the family room. We are located in a gated community in a quiet part of Ft Morgan with a few minutes’ walk to the expansive beach and community pool. You can see glimpses of the gulf from our decks and 2 bedrooms. Every piece of furniture in the home is new in 2022! You will also have access to beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys - ready for the family!
The open-concept living area opens directly into the spacious kitchen with counter space and cabinets to spare! You’ll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group. A short list includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/stove/microwave, toaster, coffee maker (pod + basket style), pots & pans, utensils, bakeware, crock pot, blender, hand mixer, dishes, flatware, glasses/mugs, wine glasses (+ plastic ones for deck), kids' dinnerware, and more.
Right off of the kitchen is your dining table to seat 8, with kitchen counter stools for an additional 4. Enjoy the view from the dining room, and a glass door opening to your al fresco dining option on the deck with seating for 6 more. If your group enjoys spreading out, you can also try the ground floor picnic table.
Between kitchen and family room, you’ll see a hall area with your brand new washer and dryer ready for laundry and with a basket full of guest beach towels, a full bathroom with combo tub/shower, and stairs to the ground level where you’ll find a storage room with all of your beach needs (chairs & toys). On either side of the bathroom, you’ll find the first 2 King bedrooms. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and all new.
