Not as advertised

This is a hotel with a very dated lobby. Coffee maker was not provided. Rooms were hot at first. Then super cold. We were not able to control our own room temperature. No blankets were provided. Housekeeping did deliver some blankets the second day after freezing the first night. Windows were filthy and pillows were like bricks. Mattresses were uncomfortable and squeaky. No towel service or maid service. A positive was great location. However it’s noisy outside so bring earplugs.
