A magnificent, large luxury apartment in a 500 year old former farm in the countryside - something very special. Luxury and tranquility paired with perfect internet access, sauna and fire pit in the 2000sqm garden for leisurely barbecues.

The living room

In our brand new renovated, beautiful apartment (150sqm) you can really feel good. 200-year-old entablature, with state-of-the-art bathroom, top cuisine, plenty of space and internet (50 MBit)

3 bedrooms for 5 persons,. A new kitchen with induction and coffee machine (Senseo), Tschibo capsule and filter for brewing. And if it should be cool outside, a cozy fire in the stove helps.

2000 sqm garden with old trees, sauna and fireplace invite you to relax, barbecue and cozy get-together.

And the best - internet (50MBit) is everywhere, also in the garden (WiFi). It's best to work with the laptop so comfortably by the fire. If it rains, we have Netflix for you for cozy TV nights.

- with the children in the Skyline Park (2 min,)

A hint yet - Rammingen is a small Bavarian village in which there is still a lot of agriculture. Super to discover animals, calves, horses and alpacas are in the immediate vicinity. The downside - well - direct neighborhood means - sometimes you do not have to see the nice little animals to know that they are there ... and depending on the season the tractors rush by during the day.

There is a nice shared sauna and a fire pit in the garden,

- Sauna is included, we gladly let you relax and enjoy by arrangement.

Other important information

Attention - Rammingen is a small village outside of Munich. There really is not much going on here, except for some farming and a few very nice beer gardens. Please do not expect too much - you need a car, there is plenty to see nearby.

Fantastic apartment centrally located to explore southern Bavaria

We stayed in Rammingen recently with our 3 teenage/adult boys. The property is warm, spotlessly clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, the lounge and bedrooms very comfortable. We stayed for a week while we explored Munich, Nuremberg, Neuschwanstein and the surrounding villages. Rolf was a very helpful host, who speaks excellent English. Highlights would include the weekly market in Turkheim and lunch in Landsberg am Lech. Just be aware that Rammingen is a very small peaceful village with a great bakery and pizza shop but not much more. It is however easily accessible from the main autobahns. I would highly recommend this property and Rammingen as a base to explore the area.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, vom einchecken bis zur Fahrt nachhause. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eigerichtet.Mit dem Kamin war es ungemütlich für die kalte Jahreszeit. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde,alleine mindst.4 Möglichkeiten der Kaffezubereitung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder!

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung mit viel Komfort

Die Wohnung war gut mit allem ausgestattet, großzügig eingerichtet und in einem gutem Erhaltungszustand. In der Küche fehlte nichts. Im ruhigen Garten konnten die Kinder gut spielen. Es stehen verschiedene Grills (Gas oder Holzkohle) zur freien Benutzung zur Verfügung. Der nette Vermieter war immer ansprechbar und konnte alle Probleme lösen.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (16 J. u. 20 J.) auf der Suche nach einer Ferienwohnung die zentral liegt und von der aus man gut Ausflüge (z.B. München, Augsburg, Füssen, Bodensee) und Fahrradtouren unternehmen kann. Diese haben wir in Rammingen gefunden. Es erwartete uns eine große, sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit 3 schönen Schlafzimmern und 2 tollen Bädern. Der Vermieter war außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit und den ein oder anderen Ausflugstipp gab es obendrein. Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen und hatten einen entspannten Urlaub.

Rundum wundervoll

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Alles ist hochwertig. Die Verdunklung der Dachrollos, die Küchenausstattung, der Kamin. Auch die Gegend regt zu langen Spaziergängen an, viel Natur und Ruhe. Die Sauna ist das I-Tüpfelchen, so dass wir nach einem wundervollem Wochenende teifenentspannt abreisen. Dem Besitzer möchten wir für den überaus freundlichen Kontakt und die leckeren Äpfel, direkt vom Baum, danken.

Tolle geräumige Wohnung

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung und liegt sehr zentral, nicht weit bis Bad Wörrishofen. Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt und würden es jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist wenn in der Ferien Wohnung darunter 8 Personen wohnen ist es sehr hellhörig

Time out in Rammingen!

Alles war super! Diese Wohnung ist enorm groß und schön! Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilf bereit! Es ist sehr ruhig und still in diese Dorf mit zwei Restaurants in der Nähe. Ich kann nicht genug Gutes sagen von meiner Zeit in dieser Wohnung!!

Why they chose this property

Our dream has always been a farmhouse in the green but with all the luxury. As we arrived the first time in Rammingen at the small old church and saw the object, we were already in love. The old tree population, the size of the property, the house, the location and the neighbors convinced us immediately. It took 2 years for the renovation of the 3 apartments of 150 sqm. Each one is lovingly and individually designed. We live in one of the apartment ourselves and we rent an apartment on the first floor since 2014, so far only via Airbnb, meanwhile we have from 130 holiday guests a rating of 4.9 of 5 points. Since January 19 we offer the very exclusive attic apartment which goes over 2 levels also as a holiday apartment.

What makes this property unique

Shopping, Working , the landscape and the people of the Allgäu offer so many great things to experience. Neuschwanstein Castle, Lake Constance, Munich or the beautiful Bavarian countryside are all within easy reach.
