About this property

On the outskirts of the village, directly on the mountains, you will find our comfortable alpine chalets.
Our guests receive the PLUS guest card with many discounts and free entry. For example, an ascent and descent to Brauneck (from 2 nights) and free entry to the Isarwelle amusement park or the natural swimming pool.

The spacious chalet has a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) with dining area, a sleeping area (with double bed) and a separate children's room with 2 single beds. There is also a semi-open bathroom with a shower. The toilet is separate. Of course, the Alm Chalet is incl. Underfloor heating and a terrace with a wonderful, direct mountain view and a small garden. A parking space is of course included. You will also find a restaurant in the complex, which also offers breakfast and half board, and an EDEKA is a 10-minute walk away.

Visit us in the beautiful Isarwinkel - you will be amazed by the many leisure activities and enjoy the beautiful nature in all trains:

Winter: Directly in front of the house you thread the cross-country magnifier (with floodlights) and a toboggan run a few hundred meters away.
The ski bus that stops in front of our house takes you to the mountain railway with ski operation (900m away) with floodlights at the valley run.
For a winter hike z. B. the mountain trail in front of the house or the Isarweg (500m away) wonderful views.

Summer: The Brauneck with the mountain railway, climbing park, bike park, bullcards in front of your nose, the Isar 500 meters away, the Sylvensteinsee or Walchensee approx. 20 km away, Bad Tölz 10 km away and many, many more options provide you with unforgettable and fulfilling vacation days ,

Alles in allem top

Wir waren mit Hund Vorort. Es war etwas enttäuschend dass wir eine Hütte mit fast keiner Grünflächen hatten. Das Essen im ansässigen Restaurant war ok... leider waren beim Fisch viele Kerden drin und auf meiner Pizza war eine Fliege . Am letzten Abend war eine sehr laute Veranstaltung ohne das wir darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt worden sind.

Wunderschöne Hütte

Eine wunderschöne Hütte mit sehr hochwertiger Ausstattung. Top sauber, schöne Lage. Kleine Anregungen: zu den Kaffeepads würde ich dann doch auch bissl Zucker und kleine Milchdöschen noch bereitstellen. Für mich persönlich waren die Betten zu hart und schmal.

Perfect little chalet for our family and dog

We booked the chalet as I am no longer a fan of camping, but we wanted somewhere close to the mountains and not too expensive. It was perfect! The chalet was so well finished, with a lovely smell of wood, and though small had everything we needed. The only thing that was a surprise was there was no oven, just a two ring hob, which perhaps I did not read in the listing properly. But it was fine, and made it more like camping! The restaurant / biergarten was super nice too. We would definitely recommend the chalets.

Wunderbares Häuschen im traumhafter Lage

Schönes kleines Häuschen, sehr sauber und alles noch ganz neu und TOP in Schuss! Wertige Ausstattung und Seife, Spüli , sogar ein paar Kaffeepads wurden gestellt. ;) Wunderbarer Blick auf die Berge. Fussläufig zur Gondelbahn. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass das WC keine eigene Räumlichkeit hatte und quasi nur durch ein Holzpforte vom Rest / abgetrennt war. Aber uns hat es trotzdem sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Herzliche Grüße Fam. v. Pentz
