Set on a 15-acre farm in South Asheville, it offers a unique experience with its blend of historic charm and modern amenities. The property is conveniently located between downtown Asheville and Hendersonville, providing easy access to both urban attractions and the tranquility of nature.

The apartment, built in 1930, has been updated to include modern comforts while retaining its historic character. Guests can enjoy beautiful sunrises and mountain views from the cottage, gather in the spacious sunroom, or relax by the private outdoor fireplace in the evenings. Ideal spot for nature enthusiasts, with opportunities for hiking, biking, Blue Ridge Parkway and numerous state parks nearby. Bordered by Cane Creek where trout fishing is in full swing. All necessary amenities and airport within reach.

The perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved our time at May Acres Cottage. It was the perfect location for us to explore the parkway, visit friends in Asheville and a quick trip away to a family wedding! The cottage was spotless and was equipped with everything We could have needed. Julie and Tim were wonderful hosts!
