This brand new holiday home with its own pool *** for up to 6 adults plus Kinder *** is built in 2019 and is located directly at the harbor (150m) from the small fishing village Funtana - just a few minutes from Porec. The beach is within walking distance.

This holiday home is a modern, three-story corner house with a private pool and modern equipment.

In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, a market place, several supermarkets, a bakery and an ATM. Numerous excursions such as B. Porec, Vrsar, Pula, Rovinj and Umag - as well as the artists' village Groznjan and the beautifully situated Motovun are ideal to reach from Funtana as a day trip.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Dir Strände und Lokale sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Es sollte jedoch die Bilder überarbeitet werden. Die Möbel auf der oberen Terrasse fehlen, sowie auch die Polsterauflage und Sonnenschutz der Lounge am Pool. Zu bemängeln ist auch, dass es keine Gefriermöglichkeiten gibt.

Wir waren 6 erwachsene und ein Baby. Der aufenthalt war suuper. Das haus ist ideal für familien mit kindern. Küche und haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Schönes modernes Haus mit Pool. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung und großer BBQ im Garten. Klimaanlagen im Wohn/Esszimmer und im oberen Schlafzimmer. Sehr Empfehlenswert für Familien. Sehr netten Kontakt mit Gastgeber Fam. Albrecht.

Super schönes sauberes Haus !!!

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, der Pool ist auch sehr schön und sehr gepflegt! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Auch die Umgebung ist richtig schön! Wir können das Haus wirklich jeden nur empfehlen, wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Funtana! Vielen Dank nochmal an Familie Albrecht auch für die ausführliche Beschreibung und die Tips die wir über den Ort und die Umgebung bekommen haben! Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist super und alles sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nix gefehlt, es wurde an alles gedacht. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder in dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus 👍😊

Perfekter Urlaub

Ich habe noch NIE ein solch sauberes Ferienhaus mit so einer Top-Ausstattung erlebt. Es gab sogar eine Salatschleuder in der Küche. Der Besitzer war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und bei Freunden und Bekannten viel Werbung machen!
