Overall, Good Experience

Great location and friendly resort staff. The room was exactly as described and the ocean view is better than the pictures show. One criticism would be that the floors could use a good cleaning throughout the room. Would absolutely stay there again.

Hi Buck, Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m truly glad to hear you enjoyed the ocean view and that everything in the condo met your expectations — and even exceeded them when it came to the views! I also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the floors. Your comment is well received, and I’ve already passed it along to my cleaning team so we can ensure everything is spotless for future guests. Maintaining high standards is very important to me, and I value insights like yours to keep improving. You were a wonderful guest, and I’d be thrilled to host you again whenever your travels bring you back to Sunny Isles. Don’t hesitate to reach out — the ocean will be waiting! Warm regards, David

Wonderful vacation

Marena beach resort is perfectly located near grocery stores, pharmacy restaurants etc. Quiet area for families. Pool is too small unfortunately we never went. Room is a little tight for family of 4 though. But you can’t beat ocean views.

Nice place

Overall the condo was nice, clean and comfortable. The downside was that the elevator nearby was incredibly loud and ran all night long. We could even hear it with our sound machine running.

Thank you for your kind words about the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. I'm glad to hear that overall you had a positive experience. I truly appreciate your feedback regarding the elevator noise. While the elevator's proximity can sometimes be perceived differently by guests, please note that it is a part of the building's infrastructure over which we have no control. We do our best to ensure that all other aspects of the stay are as quiet and comfortable as possible, and many guests find the noise level null. However, I do understand that sensitivity to sound can vary, and I apologize for any disruption it may have caused during your stay. I’ll keep this in mind and explore additional ways to enhance the overall guest experience. We hope to have the chance to host you again and provide an even better experience in the future. Thank you once again for staying with us.

Everything was exactly as expected. The unit was perfect for what we needed and the staff made everything easy. Perfect location and such an easy process. Any questions I had prior to arrival David was very responsive and helpful which gave us a high level of confidence in our decision. Will definitely rent again from David and / or this unit

Overall very nice. The construction (which we were told about before) was loud and made the beach not as relaxing.

Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious for me and three guests. Everything was great the only thing I did not love was that the beach chairs were all very close together. That has nothing to do with the apartment itself. Loved it!

Beach beach beach

I’ve never stayed somewhere where you can walk downstairs to a beach where the staff sets up chairs & umbrellas for you. I think that’s why you pay the extra fee per night. Fully, fully worth it. Fantastic condo, everything clean & cared for. You get noise from the elevator but it’s white noise—calming, actually.

Great balcony

Beautiful condo with a nice balcony.. Right next to the ocean and the condo provides excellent service. Couple of small negatives to be aware of.. 1. Close to the elevators and one can hear the noise in the evening. 2. No self car park. Valet is $35/day. The service is super efficient.
