St. Pete beach is known as the Sunset Capital and you will see why! This home is beautifully updated, cozy, bright, and open. This 3 bed/3 bath 2,200 sq. foot home includes a gorgeous private and lush pool, a enclosed patio, and a nice bar/grill area. The enclosed patio area is great for having dinner outside or just relaxing on the couch with family. There is a double outdoor shower with hot water in the backyard for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The property is very close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and parks. The neighborhood Vina Del Mar park is a short walk to tennis/basketball courts and a children’s playground.

Tampa international airport is approximately 30 minutes. Disneyworld parks are only a short road trip away!

To get the full beach life experience, a two person golf is also available at a separate charge. Message owner for details.

- No loud music, Quiet hours are 10PM-8AM
-Must be 30 years old to book
-30 day minimum

PLEASE NOTE: We have two security cameras in the front of the house, the back patio/pool area, and a ring doorbell. They do not look into interior spaces or either sides of the home where the outdoor shower is located.
