Second Location of the property Second Sea line with unobstructed sea views; Balconies, terraces and garden with an unobstructable view of Cap Vermell (EU nature and landscape protection area) The property is located in the north on the Carrer es Calc street and in the west and east there are roughly identical houses (border planting for privacy). In the south, the property borders on a communal area which, according to current knowledge, cannot be built on (Zona Verde). Cala Provençals is located in the northeast of Mallorca, in the municipality of Capdepera. Cala Provençals is the villa part of Font de sa Cala with its own sandy beach, which is not overcrowded even in summer. Modern and upscale hotel complexes, supermarkets, tourist infrastructure (e.g. Car rentals) and individual sports facilities (including a diving school, tennis and a fitness center) are available. Font de sa Cala is connected to the public bus network. In the south, Cala Provençals is bordered by Cap Vermell with the s'Esquena des Mul / Coll de’n Negre mountain range, on the south side of which is Canyamel. Cap Vermell is a special protection zone according to the EU Birds Directive (ZEPA) and is also under landscape protection (Llocs d'Importància Comunitària - LIC). Cala Ratjada is about 3 km north and is a tourist center for classic family vacations. Cala Ratjada is the heart of the tourist center, which is particularly popular with Germans (3 of the 7 hotels in Mallorca rated best on HolidayCheck 2017 are in Cala Ratjada). All urban infrastructure is in place. In the immediate vicinity of Cala Ratjadas / Capdeperas there are four golf courses, all tourist facilities (e.g. extensive sandy beaches, restaurants in all price ranges, harbor promenade, extensive other sports and leisure activities) are available. The other local centers of the northeast, Artà and Manacor, can be reached in about 20 - 30 minutes. Palma de Mallorca and Son Sant Joan Airport (PMI) are around 85 km away and can be reached in around an hour via the Ma-15 motorway.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Ferienwoche in der Villa. Alles hat gepasst. Die herzliche Begrüßung durch den Verwalter Pablo, das wunderschöne Haus, die liebevoll eingerichtete Inneneinrichtung (nagelneue Küche und ebenso neue Bäder), der glitzernde Pool, der Garten, die vielen Balkone und Terrassen….
Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern (insbesondere Tanja) war sehr freundlich und alle Fragen wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Rundherum ein perfekter Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus mit perfekter Lage (Blick auf das Meer und in das schöne Hinterland) Vielen Dank an Tanja und auch an Pablo. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
