We enjoyed our stay at this property. The communication was easy and quick. Our only complaint was the squeaky bed in the master bedroom. We enjoyed being able to walk to many restaurants and shopping.

We are genuinely sorry that the bed was noisy. We have a thorough cleaning crew who is fantastic about reporting any issues with the property and we are often there ourselves to check around. Since a squeak requires being on or in the bed, it must have been overlooked. Please notify us directly and immediately with any issues at all in the future. We have a reputation for handling issues promptly and cheerfully. The bed squeak was eliminated this afternoon.

I had a few user errors but Kelley was more than happy to help. She was very responsive and helpful. This was not my first time here and we always look for her listing when in Eagle. The VRBO AND Kelly are excellent and I would recommend to anyone travelling here.

This was a great space for our extended stay - well appointed with everything we needed! Beds were comfy, and I appreciated the desk for extra work space. The location to downtown Eagle is superb, but has the privacy of being tucked back off the main street. The host was super responsive for check-in and we never needed another thing!
