Welcome to the vacation apartment "ZOE" – your perfect getaway in Baška on the island of Krk!
Enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of our penthouse apartment with 60 m² of living space, which offers you a stunning sea view, as well as a balcony and a rooftop terrace. The apartment is ideal for up to 3 guests and provides ample space for relaxing days.
In the bedroom, you'll find a box spring bed and a sofa bed for one person (155x200 cm), along with a wardrobe and a safe. The living room features a couch, SAT-TV, a Loxone music server, and a dining area.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine (including 3 coffee capsules per adult per day), ensuring you have everything you need. The apartment includes a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The spacious rooftop terrace, approximately 74 m², shared with apartment Kiana, offers plenty of space to enjoy the fresh air and sea view.
The relaxing communal pool area provides you with the opportunity to swim and unwind. Comfortable sun loungers are available, and a practical outdoor shower is also provided.
For your convenience, there is a designated parking space right outside the door, as well as a paid E-charging station for electric cars.
The apartment is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from the town center. In no time, you can reach the beautiful pebble beach with crystal-clear water – perfect for snorkeling or relaxing.
