Enjoy Island Living at its best in this Ground Floor, beautifully appointed 1 BDR/1Bath Condo located an easy 0.4 mile walk to the Marco Island South Beach Entrance.

Sunny Shadows HOA requires a background check and lease application for all reservations.
Applications must be submitted 20 days prior to arrival.
Boat Lift is not available with this rental.

The dining and living area enjoy beautiful water views and are bathed in natural light or you can simply lower the custom blinds for total privacy.

Another wonderful feature of this unit is that it is equipped with its own washer and dryer for your convenience.

We loved our condo at Sunny Shadow’s! This 1 bedroom 1 bathrooms is perfect for a couple! The unit is ground floor and opens right up to the beautiful heated outdoor pool! This location is also within walking distance to the beach, restaurants etc. The property managers Allison and Race made our stay amazing, they would answer any questions within five minutes! We can’t wait to return to this wonderful condo! Another perk is it’s a small complex, only 17 units! Never crowded and we made wonderful friends!
