We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You'll have access to the entire home with a private entrance, which ensures your privacy and comfort. Entry is secure and easy with a keypad lock. You'll have access to a backyard/patio, grill, parking in the driveway as well as other amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped laundry area.
As the sun sets behind the Rockies, string lights twinkle above the rooftop patio where you can sink into lounge seating and watch the neighborhood quiet down. In the morning, step outside to the fenced backyard, sway in the hammock with coffee in hand, and listen to the calm of Sloan’s Lake just a short walk away. Evenings invite you to gather around the grill, share a meal at the large dining table, or simply enjoy the fresh Colorado air from the balcony.
Sleeping arrangements
This home sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms with six beds. The primary suite features a king bed, sofa bed, TV, blackout curtains, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom includes a king bed and blackout curtains. The third offers a queen bed with lounge chairs and a table. The fourth provides a queen bed, dresser, mirror, and rooftop patio access. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. In addition to the ensuite, the home has one more full bathroom and a half bath for added convenience.
Outdoor living
The rooftop patio is a favorite gathering spot with lounge seating and a table under the open sky. Downstairs, the fenced backyard includes a propane grill, hammock, and outdoor furniture. A balcony and patio area provide even more ways to enjoy Colorado’s mild weather.
Spacious interiors
Inside, 2,400 square feet give everyone room to spread out. The living room centers around a flat-screen TV with comfortable seating, while the dining area brings everyone together for meals. A private office is set up with a desk, chair, and monitor for work or study. The laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink makes longer stays simple.
Kitchen & dining
The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, wine glasses, and cookware. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are included, and a dining table anchors the space for group meals. Coffee is provided.
Family & pet-friendly
Families will find a crib, high chair, board games, and room-darkening shades ready for use. This home is pet-friendly, so every member of the household can join.
Amenities
Additional comforts include air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, portable fans, extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in is simple with a keypad and private entrance. Free parking is available on-site along with street parking.

For your safety, security cameras have been installed outside the property monitoring the front door and back door. There are no cameras inside the property.
